Women of the world — and the odd man of the world — should find something to relate to here. Many posts, but certainly not all, pertain to the challenges facing female humans as they navigate the worlds of love, lust and ageing. I offer my spin on choice news items and my spin on the world at large. When I travel to interesting places I write about that too. I am a feminist, a term requiring clarification but — for your information — I don't feel terribly angry. At least, not all the time.
My latest book, The Man Diet (Avon, Harper Collins), chronicles my attempt to wean myself off what I like to call "junk food love": the kind of man action and man-related thought that makes a woman feel worse, not better. It's an exploration of the pressures and challenges — as well as the opportunities — facing single women today, and provides a must-have set of "rules" for overhauling your single womanhood. For the best, naturally. And, unlike food diets, it's fun and interesting. Buy it here!
